Lindemans Pecheresse is a classic barrel-aged Lambic beer brewed with barley and wheat malts. One of Lindeman’s most successful recipes, Pecheresse contains peach juice which give highly individual sweet candy scents.
On the tongue, this crisp, sharp peach quality is balanced by a sharp quality courtesy of lactic or spontaneous fermentation that gives a pleasing sweet-and-sour note. Best served ice-cold, Pecheresse is a perfect accompaniment to sweet desserts.
