Sauvignon Blanc and the Adelaide Hills are easy bedfellows, so to speak. Good balance here. You get a bit of the sweet grass and cut fennel perfume, in with ripe grapefruit and blackcurrant. It’s crisp, but has a gentle smooth glossiness, again the blackcurrant, gooseberry and citrus, and a fresh and slightly spicy finish of good length.
